The ten suites and one villa are perched at the highest point of the stiff cliffs, facing the endless blue of the Aegean sea They complement the unique architecture of the famous Santorinian caves adding sophisticated luxury for a truly romantic atmosphere.
A.M.S. took on the challenge of developing the property and undertaking the interior design to create a remarkable hotel and villa. A.M.S. was then assigned the full management of the property and achieved high operating profits from the first year.
In 2011, a cooperation between A.M.S. and famous chef Vasillis Zacharakis lead to the creation of the stylish Above and Beyond restaurant, adding the final touch to a hotel already established among the best of its kind on the island.
