A.M.S. was given the responsibility of developing and interior designing this property. The location was good but somehow “off-beat” and therefore a very unique theme was needed to attract international visitors. After months of research, the A.M.S. team decided to create a design hotel with spectacular views of the famous caldera cliffs and the volcano. A.M.S., were in charge of operations for 3 years in a row, managing to develop the hotel’s brand awareness, increase occupancy and room rates year on year and ultimately achieve high operating profits for the owners.
