A.M.S. was assigned the operation and management of this complex, consisting of 7 magnificent villas with private swimming pools. The hotel was not in a prime location and A.M.S. had to create a new theme centered on the privacy of the swimming pools in order to effectively re-brand the hotel for the international market. The result was a huge success as the property maximized total sales and achieved high operating profits for two consecutive years.
